Lila Rose and James O’Keefe meet with Brad to discuss their recent undercover call placed to Planned Parenthood. James posed as a father desiring to donate money to Planned Parenthood and requested his donation to be exclusively used to abort an African American baby. What was their intention for placing such a call?

Margaret Sanger is the founder of Planned Parenthood and the author of the Negro Project. In 1939 Sanger proposed this project with the goal to control the African American population. “The Negro Project: Margaret Sanger’s Eugenic Plan for Black Americans,” written by Tanya L. Green, describes Sanger as hand picking well educated and prominent black leaders to bring her message to the African American community.

According to Planned Parenthood, in 1930 Margaret Sanger teamed up with W.E.B. DuBois and other African American leaders to support the opening of a family planning clinic in Harlem, New York. The clinic provided birth control to the community and was staffed by a black physician and a black social worker. This was the beginning of what some call, reproductive racism.

The Urban Outreach Director at Life Issues Institute, Arnold Culbreath, describes Planned Parenthood as continuing to operate with a eugenic agenda known as reproductive racism. As reported by the U.S. Center of Disease Control and the Alan Guttmacher Institute, over 14 million black babies have been aborted since 1973. The CDC also reports that African American women make up 13% of the American population, but they are having 37% of the abortions. Intentional or unintentional, Planned Parenthood is playing a role in these statistics.
